Our online system gives a rough estimate with the details you’ve entered, such as registration, model, make, how old it is and size engine etc. We then arrange a visit and carry out an inspection to look at the vehicle ourselves and check it against the details you’ve supplied online. If we find that the value is affected by any aspect of your vehicle’s history or condition, for example any unusual features or customisation which wasn’t originally mentioned in your online quote then your final value may differ.
